* Saturday, May 2nd the 2009 Annual Meeting will be held from

7:00p.m. to 8:30p.m. in the Kill Devil Hills’ Town Hall meeting room.

*Also a Work party at 8:30 am at the Ocean lot to repair fences and cleanup.

The new 2009 Purple Parking passes can be picked up then.

As I look back on the last 6 years as President of ABIA, I most remember making so many new friends. I want to thank all of you that helped with all the projects that we started and completed together. The growth of ABIA has been impressive. Walter and Sonia Jones were an important part of one stage of ABIA’s history and now I have become another.

Now is the time for new people to step-up and get involved with

ABIA---- Officers to be elected: President, 2 VPs, & Treasurer. I hope whoever joins the new board will not forget our past labors and will continue to look to the future welfare of the Ocean and Sound accesses.

Please Remember that dogs are allowed on the beach starting in mid-May only before 9am and after 6pm till after Labor Day.

Please use leashes and the doggie bags with your dog.

2009 picnic will be the third Saturday in October -17th at 1PM
